LMI does not have a storefront or over-the-counter sales facility.

If you want to place an order for will-call, we can have the items packaged and ready for you when you arrive. Will call orders are typically available for pick up the following business day after they’re placed but you’ll get an email so you’ll know for sure. Shop services take longer.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to add to or change your order when you get to LMI.

In some cases, we do allow customers to select wood, but you need to make an appointment. Before arriving for your appointment, please let us know precisely the products (using LMI product codes) that you want to look at. You can take home the items you select, but once again, if there are any other things you want we ask that you please order them in advance so we can have them ready for you.

We are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday but we typically schedule appointments Tuesday through Friday only.

Directions

From San Francisco go North over the Golden Gate bridge on Hwy. 101
Drive about  64 miles (this will take about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic).
A few miles north of Santa Rosa, take the Shiloh exit and turn left over the freeway.
From Shiloh, take your first right on Conde.
From Conde, take your first left on to Mitchell.
From Mitchell, take your first right on Cameron.
Take Cameron past the large soccer field and then take your first left into the driveway for the industrial park with the address 7975 Cameron Drive.

Our building will be the last on the left at the end of the driveway (before it turns). Building #1600. Come to the door marked “office”.
