Aqua Coat clear pore filler, 16 oz.

$25.95

Aqua Coat is a waterborne gel clear grain filler that goes on easily, dries quickly, and sands well. It is a great alternative to epoxy, which although it works very well, is difficult to sand. Aqua Coat is relatively non-toxic and respiratory protection is not required when using it.

It's always a good idea to seal wood before using this pore filler.

Easy to use

I recently bought this to use on a guitar build with Rosewood back and sides and Mahogany neck. I watched the Youtube videos and applied accordingly. It went on easily and I was very pleased. After 4 coats I thought this looks great. Later I applied satin finish and discovered that I had some grain not completely filled. I was a little surprised. This is a great product but from now on I'll probably apply several more coats to make sure I've filled all the grain. Still, very easy to apply. I'll keep using it.

Good. Very good.

At last...No more trying to match color with dubious quality fillers. Dries hard and clear but sands like shellac. Love it. Thanks LMI for upping the game.
