LMI offers the following discounts.

Wholesale / Quantity discounts

We do not have a separate OEM or wholesale discount price list, but we do a large amount of wholesale business based on quantity discounts. These discounts vary as they are based on current market values. We quote on a per order basis and the discounts usually (but not always) begin with an order of 25 or more units. We are not able to offer discounts on all the items we carry, but discounts are available for most wood items.

Just email us to let us know what products you are interested in, using LMI parts numbers (SKUs). Tell us the quantity you need and we will send you a quote for that quantity and several others.

If you would like, we can offer you the most attractive price break by taking an order for a larger amount and breaking the order up into several shipments (for example, order 120 fingerboards and ship 10 per month, or 30 each quarter). We would only charge you for the products as they ship.

We do not have open terms but we do accept all major credit cards.

Sale Items

LMI puts new items on sale every month. Sign up for our email newsletter to get information about our sales. Additionally, we will lower prices on some items indefinitely.

If you have ordered an item recently, and then the item goes on sale, we are not able to refund you for the sale price. New items go on sale normally every week. Sale prices are in effect for orders placed within the allotted time period only. We do not forecast or pre-announce sale items either. School Discounts

Students and teachers at schools offering an instrument making class are eligible for a 10% discount. Please contact us so that we can register your school if we have not already. Orders must ship to the school’s address. All items can be discounted except sale items, kits, and items eligible for quantity discounts. Please be sure to ask for your discount when you place your order (use the ‘special instructions’ box when you check out for this) and, once again, be sure the package is being sent to the school.

Military Discounts

Currently, enrolled military personnel are entitled to a 10% discount. Orders must ship to the military base or APO address (some exceptions apply). All items can be discounted except sale items, kits, and items eligible for quantity discounts. Please be sure to ask for your discount when you place your order (use the ‘special instructions’ box when you check out for this).
