Gift Certificates
Once you have chosen a dollar amount for your gift certificate, you can change the photo template that accompanies the certificate - you're not stuck with the photo shown.
When you check out, your credit card or PayPal are pre-authorized for the gift certificate. The certificate is not actually sent until a Luthiers Merc. staff member reviews and approves your order. The gift certificate is not issued immediately upon checkout. If we are closed, the gift certificate will be sent the following business day unless you have chosen a delayed delivery date.
To use a gift certificate, simply click Have a Promo Code/Gift Certificate? in your cart or at checkout. Paste the gift certificate code (If there's a GC_, include that) into the box that appears and your total should change to reflect the application of the gift certificate.
