Testimonials

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at LMII.  When I started making guitars 26 years ago, my first guitar was made from wood that I ordered from the LMI catalog (there was no internet back then). Since then, the team at LMI has been nothing short of excellent!  The products and services are second to none.  My only regret is that I waited 26 years to say...THANK YOU!

Respectfully,
Tony Vines

VACUUM SHEETING
Vacuum sheeting is sold by the foot in either a 36" or 47" width.
(The average size needed for a brace clamping fixture is approx. 32" x 32")

A quantity of 1 equals a 1' x 47" or a 1' x 36" sheet.
A quantity of 2 equals a 2' x 47" or 2' x 36" sheet, etc.

Important Note: Care should be taken whenever using any rubber or synthetic product on a finished guitar. Rubber and vinyl react badly with finishes. We have found that neoprene is relatively safe when used on a lacquer finish, but care should still be taken. Make sure you finish is fully or almost fully cured, and never leave the neoprene in contact with the finished product any longer than is necessary.

PHENOLIC FACED PLYWOOD
Phenolic faced plywood, 3/4" x 24" x 24", is great for building your own jig fixture.
