Fine Multi-Line Purfling - Double Length

These edge purflings have a finer, or refined, look because the black and white veneers used are very thin – approximately 0.010”. Both the black and white lines are a fiber product. The black is very black, and the white is very white. These finer fiber purflings are our industry’s current standard. Martin™, Taylor™, Tacoma™, Larivee™ and many more smaller factories and hand makers use these same purflings in the sizes offered here. We are even offering these items in a “wrap-around” length of 64”, one piece goes completely around the top or back – eliminating the need for the joint at the bottom. These strips can be cut in half if only a 32” length is needed. This longer length gives more options for use. Matching accessories exist for some of these purflings. They are listed on the individual lines.

All fine line purfling strips are 0.080” tall and 64” long (double length) unless otherwise noted. Thickness dimensions vary somewhat and are slightly larger than the combinations of black and white due to the lay-up process. Always wait for your material to arrive before routing your purfling or binding channel.
